How can we help?

For app problems, accessibility issues, content corrections, or a request to remove material, email support@askshia.eu. Include your platform, app version, and the steps that caused the problem. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Religious questions and corrections

AskShia is a reference tool and does not issue rulings. For a personal ruling, contact a qualified scholar or your marja’s official office. If a citation, translation, or answer appears wrong, send the exact page or question and source shown in the app to the support address so it can enter the review process.

Privacy and safety

Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@askshia.eu. Read the privacy notice for current data practices. Do not use the app for emergencies; contact local emergency services or an appropriate professional.

Expected response

This mailbox must be activated and assigned to an owner before launch. The launch gate requires the owner to publish a real response target here after confirming support capacity.
